   All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products once purchased.

2. Exchange Policy
   We will only accept exchanges under the following circumstances:

   • The product is damaged upon receipt due to an error on our part.

   • An incorrect size or color was sent due to a mistake on our end.

3. Conditions for Exchanges
   If your case meets the above exceptions, please ensure the following:

   • The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

   • You notify us within 2 days of receiving the product

4. Important Note on Sizing
   To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly encourage our customers to carefully select the correct size helps us deliver the best experience and prevents issues with fitting.

5. Process

   • Upon verification of the issue, we will provide further instructions for exchanging the product.

6. Shipping Costs

   • If the error is on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

   • If the exchange does not qualify under our exceptions policy, shipping fees will not be covered.
